【感受颇深】天津辟谷训练营归来

今天辟谷第五天了，为自己庆贺鼓舞，无比喜悦！日记写的晚了，是因为感觉自己学习的不够，开始辟谷担心自己不会持续，所以没有来论坛写，但是写在了日记本上。下面是我的辟谷流水账
2016年11月29日，辟谷第一天，没吃任何食物，枣核都没含，不饿，没有剧烈运动，全天也没有喝水，没啥感觉，晚上练了龙腾九式，没练服气，因为不饿，也可能是前几天吃的多了。
2016年11月30日，辟谷第二天，又是一天没吃任何东西，也没喝水，想着不渴就不喝吧，听身体的。没敢剧烈运动，只是慢慢的散步，不好好学习就是心里没底啊。
" H8 F2 b* B/ U. x4 H2016年12月1日，全辟谷三天了，自己都不敢相信，同时心里还是很欢喜的，因为前两次的辟谷都是偷吃东西，每天吃枣都是超过十颗，有时候还要在加个水果，这次的感觉是不吃反而更不容易感觉饿和馋。
2016年12月2日，辟谷第四天，今天喝了水大概50ml，今天读了前辈萧琳琳老师的辟谷日记，学着前辈做大爱，回到小时候，拥抱了小时候的自己，顿时泪流满面，之后哭到失声，再次感受了小时候的孤独无助，释放了这种已经被自己遗忘了的情绪，哭完之后无比畅快，感觉好极了！感恩前辈的辟谷日记的分享，提醒自己以后加强对精品日记的学习。原来论坛是个大宝库啊！
1 {- \# h7 J2 g6 Z辟谷第四天也是生理期的第一天，痛经完全没有了，感恩辟谷，感恩我的身体这么聪明。中午出去散步晒太阳，和自己的子宫做大爱，想象着轻轻的捧着她，亲吻她，说我爱她！美妙的感觉。

2016年12月3日，辟谷第五天，早起照常叩齿吞津，练龙腾九式，今天开始练服气，早上喝了少许热水，中午回妈妈家，今天家庭大聚餐，中午安排涮羊肉，我坐在餐桌旁看着家人们吃，不馋不饿，全辟谷和清水辟谷果然容易进入状态。
中午喝了少许蜂蜜冷水，下午排了些黑色不成形的便便。
. I3 s/ K" P# Y傍晚出去逛街，步数统计11846步，一点儿也不累。
目前为止这是我的奇迹，全辟谷三天加清水辟谷两天。

2016年12月4日，辟谷第六天，今天逛街逛了五个多小时，歩数统计13626步，全天喝了一小杯水，不渴。晚上骑车10公里。含一个枣核生津。

2016年12月5日，今天辟谷第七天，早上乘高铁出发去西安，一路上安静的享受这个旅程，安静的享受从窗口照进来的阳光，时光美好，辟谷中的日子感觉真美，似乎到了另一个世界，旁边的妹子急切的盼望她的目的地，我在她旁边独享我的安静。
第七天还是只喝水，傍晚到达训练营接待处，安排好以后跟心想事成师兄一起上山溜达了一圈，晚上等着掌门听课。

2016年12月6日，今天辟谷第九天，在山上坐408去东大购物，之后从东大走回山里，步行约七公里，全天喝了500ml水，吃了一个口香糖。精神好，体力也好。

算错日期了，今天12月7日，辟谷第九天，其实已经不在意辟谷了几天了，每天都在享受这个不吃饭的感觉，全天依然只是喝了大概一瓶纯净水。早上爬山往返六公里，晚上爬山往返大概三公里。
今天是训练营见面会，下午老师给点穴，教功。

12月8日，今天辟谷第十天，全天吃了一个迷你小柿子，一颗枣，含了一个话梅，喝了不到一杯水，今天的胃一直胀气，影响到情绪波动，晚上小组讨论问了随风老师，老师说没事你就当排病反应，应该高兴，想着太好啦身体又有反应啦，顿时感觉轻松多了。

2016年12月9日，今天辟谷第十一天，早上和老师和同学们一起去爬山大概五公里，回来之后练功，上课，中午再次爬山大概五公里，全天吃了一颗枣，一个迷你猕猴桃，喝了一杯水。状态很好。

今天辟谷第十三天，昨天从山上下来，还在西安市里，玩儿了一整天，太开心啦，一早七点就起床了，送卓玛泉老师去高铁站，然后我开始了我自己一个人的西安市里一日游。
& n* C) H7 c% x5 i2 c先去了大雁塔，出了地铁从北广场步行到南广场进大雁塔，转了一圈，没有登塔，中间喝了半小瓶柠檬汁，终于排便了，褐色成型。
从大雁塔出来步行至大唐芙蓉园，之后坐公交去曲江遗址公园，绕园一周，工作人员说一圈4.8公里。然后坐旅游路又回到大雁塔北广场坐地铁到北大街，在北大街吃了一小份魏家秘制凉皮，慢慢的吃，时不时的嚼完还吐出来，怕吃的多影响评估，凉皮太美味啦。
5 l1 f" s+ L4 s7 U5 z从北大街步行一站地到北门就到城墙了，在城墙上租了自行车绕城墙骑了一圈，大概一个半小时，然后坐公交回钟楼。
一直在街上转啊转，回民小吃街太多太多好吃的啦，转了好几个小时，一直也没休息，身体的潜力无限啊。
晚上在回民小吃街买了好多好多好吃的，就是我的胃还不想吃，那就把好吃的拿回家给亲人们吃吧。好开心好开心好开心
